This Agreement is made between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and E-coinnetwork (ECN) platform (hereinafter referred to as “ECN”). When you visit or use ECN sites), mobile applications and any services provided by ECN partners (hereinafter referred to as "services"), you confirm that you have read, understand and Accept all the terms and conditions set forth in the user agreement and this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”), as well as our revisions and updates to this agreement from time to time.
Important
Since transactions and asset flows are involved, make sure the computer you use is secure. Based on web appearance and security considerations, users are strongly recommended to log in to ECN using the latest version of Google Chrome. Any operational errors and property damage caused by users' personal problems are at your own risk.
Risk Disclosure
To better understand the risks associated with mining digital assets, ECN now solemnly recommends that you ensure that you understand and carefully evaluate the risks associated with mining ECN undertake digital asset mining, understand your risk tolerance, and, with consideration, decide on mining digital assets in ECN. You may be subject to policy risk, compliance risk, return risk, The risks are as follows:

For user losses caused by circumstances, ECN will not bear any civil liability.
(d) Technical risks: In daily mining of digital assets, technical system failures or errors may affect the normal behavior of transactions or cause your interests to be affected.
By agreeing to this Agreement, you understand and are willing to bear your own risks and losses, and the ECN Platform does not guarantee or share responsibility for the return of capital and results of your digital capital.
